The PCF Group specializes in the “concept-to-completion” fabrication of architectural & thematic elements.

PCF, located in San Diego, California, began its operations in 1995 as a start up company named Pacific Coast Foam with a few employees supplying architectural foam ornamentation to the plaster construction industry. After listening to our clients and having the “make it happen” attitude, we evolved into a full service company offering a complete range of services including, design development, fabrication, project management and installation. 

In addition, our product offering evolved from “foam only” moldings to replications of wood, stone, precast concrete, 3-D theme props & monuments. The transformation included durable hard-shell finishes over the details fabricated in our factory.  We found that having a controlled environment allows us to preserve the details and ultimately cost effectiveness & quality control for our clients.
